If you purchase an item from us, we promise to work hard to get your products shipped in a timely manner and to stand behind our every sale and customer.

We keep in stock 99.9% of all the products we sell.
However, during holidays and special occasions we might run out of one or more of our products. If  for any reason, any of the items you order becomes out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You will then have the option, to wait for the next available shipping date, or to cancel your order.

Payment  & Order Processing: Credit Card: If, all the information is entered correctly, including the ship to address, bill to address, and phone number and the processing bank returns a positive code, your order will be processed within 24 hours and will be shipped on the next available shipping date.

What does processed mean?

It means that your personal information and credit card information will be entered, the authenticity of the credit card will be verified with the owner and the issuing bank, the order will be invoiced and picked and finally the order will be packaged and shipped.

Please understand, that if you are in a rush to receive your order and you have chosen a two day, three day, etc. delivery, your order will still be subjected to the processing time.

We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. (Credit Card Bank Policy) If you would like your order to go elsewhere, please contact your credit card Bank/Company and list an alternate shipping address with them. This can be easily accomplished by calling the 800 number on the back of your credit card.

Remember, if your ship to address is different than your bill to address, your order will be delayed.

Money Orders are considered Checks by all US Banks and may take over 15 business days to clear and will delay your order.  However, USPS Postal Money Orders have more security and your order will be processed within 5 business days.

Western Union Money Transfers will be processed within 24 hours and shipped on the next available shipping date.

International Orders:
We Only Accept American Express Credit Card and will undergo the same criteria as domestic orders.
However, your order will not ship until we can contact the Issuing Bank in your country and verify the authenticity of the credit card and order.
It can sometimes take as long as a week to get a response from your bank.
Upon verification, your order will be shipped on the next available shipping date.

Western Union Money Transfers payments will be processed within 48hrs and shipped on the next available shipping date.

Bank Wire Transfers will be processed within 24 hours and shipped on the next available shipping date. Call us for bank information.

Warranty: All products are protected by a one year manufacturer's limited warranty.

If a product becomes defective with-in a year, we will assist you with the repair process, provided the defective product is returned to us 45 days prior to the end of the one year warranty period. This is to insure that we have ample time to contact the manufacturer in order to service your product. Your item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Any warranty return must be in original packaging and accompanied by a sales invoice/receipt to qualify for the warranty. Otherwise, you must deal directly with the products manufacturer for service.

Vandalism, acts of nature, product tampering, product altering,  improper use or installation and shipping damages caused by improper packaging are not covered under any warranty.

All DVMRs should be protected by a quality Uninterrupted Power Supply Surge Suppressor (UPS) to insure proper electrical damage protection.

Return Policy: Customer satisfaction on anything you buy or your money back. 
If you buy a product from us and are not fully satisfied, just return it within 30 days (10 days or final sale for items specified) for a full refund less shipping charges. 

Shipping charges to and from are not refundable.

When you receive your package it is important that you immediately inspect it.
Do not accept a package that looks tampered with, wet or damaged.
Let the shipping company return it to us.

When you open your package it is important that you keep the original product packaging intactIf for any reason you have to return your product, it must be returned in its original factory packaging and resealable condition, or your package will be refused. If you need to return your item and you are within the 30 days (10 days for items specified) please call us toll free at 1-800-571-9860 for an RMA (ReturnMerchandiseAuthorization) Number prior to shipping your product back.

It is necessary to call us and get an RMA number before returning your item.

Ship your item back to us together with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note on what you want done. (exp.refund, exchange, etc.)
As soon as we receive your package we will inspect it  and act per your instructions.
Remember, it must be returned in its original factory packaging and resealable condition. Freight To and From will not be refunded.
